The Nassau Chainsaw Street Team

The Street Team is run by Kyle aka Lucid. Here is what he has to say:

Feb 6th 2006 while waiting outside a show at CBGB'S Razor Tongue gave me a flyer and promo CD for Nassau Chainsaw. A few weeks later I went to one of their shows at The Bowery NYC. The music at the time was good but the energy and aura of the performance is what caught my attention because I recognized something in Razor Tongue that I was also battling with inside of me.
 
The vibe resonated our mutual struggle with self destruction in all its various forms I was inspired to support Nassau Chainsaw more for my own sake than just the music. They had just begun as I was starting my life over..fast forward a couple of years later: now a few of us have become a part of many joined by new band members who have helped craft an awesome album in the works as we united with the dozens of sideshow freaks known as The Discraceland Demolitions Committee.

For us it's not about promoting a band, it's supporting a state of mind and way of life that gives purpose to alot of people whose existence had little meaning until we found each other. In a world where most lives don't make sense we've embraced chaos and created something more dangerous than self destruction This is unity to spread wreckless abandon and redemption.
